Provide expert application support and maintenance for clinical EHR/EMR systems. Deeply understand pharmacy workflows, including dispensing, compounding, and verification processes. Support the integration of pharmacy systems with billing, EMR, and inventory platforms. Troubleshoot medication device connectivity, cabinets, pumps, and robotics to ensure seamless operations.

A strong understanding of pharmacy workflows (dispensing, compounding, verification) is essential. Experience supporting automated dispensing cabinets, barcode labeling, and packaging systems is required. Familiarity with USP 795/797/800, ISBT‑128, DEA, and medication safety standards is crucial. Ability to manage drug libraries, formulary updates, and EMR/Pharmacy system interfaces is necessary. Experience with pharmacy systems like AutoPharm, Connect-Rx, MedNet, and Spectrum IQ is advantageous.
