Join a leading healthcare IT team as a Clinical EHR/EMR Specialist, focusing on application support and maintenance. This role is crucial for ensuring the seamless operation of Visage PACS and integrated radiology workflows within a healthcare provider environment. You'll be instrumental in maintaining image flow, study association, worklist availability, and efficient reporting.

Provide advanced L2/L3 support for Visage PACS and associated radiology applications. You will oversee the entire Epic/RIS to Modality, Visage, and PowerScribe workflow, addressing issues such as missing studies, images, orders, and worklist discrepancies. Responsibilities include resolving study/order association and QA problems, troubleshooting DICOM and HL7 interface challenges, and managing patient/study associations. You'll also support Visage Study Browser functionalities, user access via Active Directory, and manage incidents and requests within ServiceNow, coordinating effectively with various vendor and internal teams.

This position requires expertise in Visage PACS, DICOM, and HL7. A strong understanding of PACS/RIS, Epic/Radiant, and PowerScribe is essential, along with practical knowledge of radiology workflows. Familiarity with Active Directory and ServiceNow is also expected. This role demands a commitment to working onsite in Noida, UP, India, on all working days and adhering to a 24x7 shift roster.
