Your primary responsibilities will involve providing L2/L3 production support for Electronic Health Record (EHR) and Electronic Medical Record (EMR) systems. You will manage incidents, troubleshoot complex issues, and perform root cause analysis to ensure system stability and adherence to Service Level Agreements (SLAs).

Key duties include proactive application monitoring, regular maintenance, and coordinating upgrades. You will also be involved in change and release management processes, ensuring controlled deployments and comprehensive impact analysis. Effective communication and collaboration with business users, IT teams, and third-party vendors will be essential, especially for regulated healthcare workflows.

Ideal candidates will possess a strong background in the US Healthcare Provider domain, with extensive experience supporting EMR, EHR, and other clinical healthcare applications. A solid understanding of hospital workflows and operational support is a must.

You should be proficient in ITIL best practices for incident, problem, change, and release management. Experience diagnosing and resolving application, interface, data, and integration issues using various analytical tools is required.
