Join NTT DATA as a Clinical EHR/EMR Specialist, focusing on Application Support and Maintenance for healthcare providers. Provide L2/L3 support for the Ambra/InteleShare medical image exchange platform and Gateway. Troubleshoot issues related to DICOM image upload, transfer, routing, and sharing, including resolving image and patient data discrepancies. Address connectivity problems with AE Titles, IP/Ports, C-ECHO, C-STORE, and network gateways. Support integrations with PACS, RIS/EHR, VNA, and other DICOM routing systems. Conduct log analysis, incident resolution, root cause analysis (RCA), and support change management processes.

A strong understanding of Radiology workflows, DICOM, HL7, PACS, and ServiceNow is essential. Experience supporting and maintaining the Ambra/InteleShare platform, with expertise in troubleshooting DICOM image transfer and related connectivity issues, is required. Familiarity with integrating with PACS, RIS/EHR, and VNA systems is crucial. Experience with Visage, Laurel Bridge Compass, PowerScribe, or Epic is considered an advantage. This position requires a 5-day onsite work presence in Noida, Bangalore, or Hyderabad, with adherence to a 24x7 shift roster.
