NTT DATA is seeking a dedicated Clinical EHR/EMR Specialist to join our Application Support & Maintenance team. As a Clinical EHR/EMR Specialist, you will be responsible for monitoring Laurel Bridge Compass environments using Lighthouse to ensure optimal server, interface, job, error, and storage health.

You will support DICOM image routing workflows, troubleshoot failed or stalled DICOM jobs, and investigate connectivity issues. Key duties include monitoring disk utilization, performing basic application troubleshooting, and coordinating with various teams and vendors for modality-related issues.

Maintaining operational procedures, adherence to support standards, and supporting incident/request troubleshooting are also core aspects of this role. You will escalate complex configuration or rule-building challenges as needed.

This role requires expertise in Laurel Bridge Compass, Lighthouse, DICOM, AE Titles, PACS/Radiology workflows, and DICOM routing.

Strong skills in interface troubleshooting, Windows Server administration, and incident management are essential. Experience with EHR and EMR systems is a significant advantage.

This is a Work From Office (WFO) position requiring a 5-day on-site presence. The role operates on a 24x7 shift roster, and the office location can be Noida, Bangalore, or Hyderabad.
