We are seeking candidates with a minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience, specifically within Epic Systems. Essential technical proficiencies include certification in Cadence and experience with Prelude/Grand Central/Referrals. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities are paramount for diagnosing and resolving intricate software issues effectively.

Proficiency with system monitoring tools to ensure optimal application performance is required. The ability to thoroughly document processes and create comprehensive user guides is also expected. Familiarity with database management and query languages will be beneficial in supporting core application functionality. A full-time education spanning 15 years is a prerequisite for this position.
