Independently perform duties and aim to become a Subject Matter Expert (SME). Actively participate and contribute to team discussions and problem-solving sessions. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand system needs and troubleshoot intricate issues. Document all findings and solutions to facilitate knowledge sharing and continuous process improvement. Provide support for system updates and enhancements, focusing on performance and reliability. Mentor junior team members by offering guidance and sharing technical expertise.

A strong command of Java Full Stack Development is essential for this role.

Proficiency in front-end technologies such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript frameworks is required.

Demonstrated experience with back-end development utilizing Java and its associated frameworks is necessary.

Familiarity with database management principles and query optimization techniques is beneficial.

Ability to effectively debug and resolve issues within multi-tiered application architectures is crucial.

Understanding of the software development lifecycle and experience with version control systems is expected.

Minimum of 3 years of experience in Java Full Stack Development is mandatory.

A foundational educational background of 15 years of full-time study is required.
