Seeking a skilled Application Support Engineer to act as a software detective, providing dynamic service by identifying and resolving issues within critical business systems. This role requires expertise in SAP S/4HANA Embedded Production Planning and Detailed Scheduling (EPPDS).

As an Application Support Engineer, you will be instrumental in leading the design, configuration, implementation, and support of SAP S/4HANA Production Planning and Detailed Scheduling (PP/DS) solutions. Your focus will be on advanced production planning, finite capacity scheduling, sequencing, constraint-based planning, production optimization, and manufacturing execution integration to enhance plant productivity and supply chain performance. A positive attitude, openness to learning, proactive task management, strong team spirit, and excellent communication skills are essential. This is a client-facing role requiring you to work exclusively from the client location in Bhilai, Chhattisgarh.

A minimum of 2-5 years of experience in SAP S/4HANA Embedded Production Planning and Detailed Scheduling (EPPDS) is required. Candidates must possess strong professional and technical skills, including experience with PP/DS Solution Design Documents, Planning & Scheduling Process Design, Capacity Planning & Sequencing Strategy, Functional Specifications, Test Scripts & UAT Sign-off, Master Data & Migration Strategy, Cutover & Go-Live Plans, and Training & Knowledge Transfer Documentation. A full-time education of 15 years, resulting in a B.E., B.Tech, MCA, or MBA (or equivalent) degree, is mandatory. This is an onsite, full-time position based in Kolkata, with work conducted entirely from the client site in Bhilai, Chhattisgarh.
