As an Application Support Engineer, you will independently tackle challenges and aim to become a subject matter expert (SME). Active participation and insightful contributions during team discussions are expected. You will be instrumental in devising effective solutions for work-related challenges. Collaborating with cross-functional teams will be crucial to grasp system interdependencies and the impact of encountered issues.

Develop a comprehensive knowledge base by documenting troubleshooting procedures and resolutions. Share your expertise by mentoring junior team members and guiding them through complex issues. Proactively monitor system health to anticipate and mitigate potential risks, thereby preventing service disruptions.

The ideal candidate possesses a strong foundation in Data Engineering, with a proven ability to develop and maintain data pipelines. Essential skills include robust database management and data integration techniques, alongside the capacity to analyze system logs and performance metrics for root cause identification. Familiarity with cloud platforms and data storage solutions is advantageous.

Proficiency in scripting and automation to enhance support process efficiency is highly valued. A minimum of two years of dedicated experience in Data Engineering is mandatory. Successful candidates will have completed 15 years of full-time education.
