Join us as an Application Implementation Engineer, a pivotal role in deploying, supporting, and enhancing enterprise financial crime and compliance systems. You will collaborate with diverse teams to analyze, troubleshoot, and resolve application challenges, ensuring the robust performance of critical OFSAA FCCM applications.

This position demands a blend of technical and functional expertise, coupled with strong analytical abilities. The ideal candidate can operate autonomously while also contributing effectively to team-based problem-solving and solution design.

Serve as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) in OFSAA FCCM modules, progressively growing your expertise. Actively engage in team discussions, design reviews, and collaborative solution brainstorming. Analyze application issues to develop and implement effective, long-term solutions. Support the complete lifecycle of application implementation, maintenance, and enhancements. Assist in establishing and promoting best practices for application support and delivery. Clearly and accurately document solutions, configurations, and operational procedures. Provide guidance and mentorship to junior team members on troubleshooting techniques and functional concepts. Focus on proactive system monitoring to continuously improve application performance.

A minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience with OFSAA FCCM applications is essential. Proficiency as a Techno-Functional Consultant in implementing OFSAA FCCM, covering modules like AML, CS, KYC, Transaction Monitoring, ECM, FATCA, and FCC Studio. Experience in providing functional delivery support, including requirement gathering, BRD preparation, configuration, customization, and testing. Familiarity with Agile/Water Scrum Fall development methodologies. Demonstrated ability to support testing phases (System Testing, SIT, UAT) and production environments, ensuring rapid defect analysis and resolution. Candidates must have completed 15 years of full-time education.
