Become a vital part of our team as an Application Support Engineer, where you'll be instrumental in identifying and resolving complex issues across critical business systems. Your role will involve acting as a software detective, providing dynamic support to ensure the smooth operation of applications. You will collaborate with colleagues to troubleshoot, analyze system performance, and implement solutions that enhance functionality and user experience.
This position requires an independent contributor who can evolve into a subject matter expert. Active participation and contribution in team discussions are essential, along with providing effective solutions to work-related challenges. You will also play a key role in documenting processes and procedures to build team knowledge and improve efficiency.

A minimum of 3 years of experience with Epic Systems is required for this role. Candidates should possess strong analytical skills for diagnosing and resolving software issues, along with hands-on experience in troubleshooting and debugging applications. Familiarity with system integration and data flow management is beneficial. The ability to communicate technical information effectively to non-technical users is also a key requirement. A formal education comprising 15 years of full-time study is necessary.
