Join our team as an Application Support Engineer, acting as a software detective to identify and resolve issues within critical business systems. This role focuses on providing dynamic support for our SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC) Planning solutions, essential for enterprise planning, budgeting, forecasting, financial planning & analysis (FP&A), and more.

We are seeking a lead to guide the design, implementation, and ongoing support of these sophisticated SAC Planning solutions. The position requires close integration with SAP S/4HANA, Group Reporting, and other planning platforms, ensuring seamless data flow and functionality.

As an Application Support Engineer, you will be instrumental in troubleshooting and resolving complex technical challenges. Your positive attitude, eagerness to learn, and proactive approach to task completion will be highly valued. This is a client-facing role, requiring you to work directly from the client location in Bhilai, Chhattisgarh, embodying a 100% client-facing project.

We are looking for candidates with a minimum of 3 to 5 years of dedicated experience in SAP Analytics Cloud Planning. A strong foundation in enterprise planning solution design, data model architecture, and budgeting/forecasting frameworks is essential. Familiarity with scenario planning, predictive analytics, and dashboard design is crucial.

Candidates must possess the ability to develop functional specifications, create test scripts, and manage UAT sign-offs. Experience with data integration strategies and cutover/go-live plans is also required. A commitment to providing training and knowledge transfer documentation is expected. This is a full-time, onsite position based at the client's premises in Bhilai, Chhattisgarh.
