Develop comprehensive documentation for troubleshooting steps and solutions, building a valuable knowledge base. Assist in the ongoing enhancement of support processes and tools to improve service delivery. Mentor and support junior team members, fostering their skill development and knowledge sharing.

A strong command of SAP Basis Administration is essential for this role. Possess robust knowledge in system monitoring, performance tuning, and troubleshooting specifically within SAP environments. Demonstrate experience with database management and backup/recovery procedures pertinent to SAP systems. Familiarity with transport management and system upgrade processes in SAP landscapes is expected. Exhibit the ability to analyze system logs and diagnose issues impacting application performance. Excellent communication skills are required to effectively liaise with both technical and non-technical stakeholders. Minimum of 3 years of dedicated experience in SAP Basis Administration is mandatory. This role requires 15 years of full-time education.
