We are seeking a Senior Software Engineer with 5-8 years of experience in software development, particularly focusing on Python, Generative AI, and Agentic AI. This role involves designing and developing production-ready AI solutions, crafting detailed technical designs, and guiding other developers through implementation and troubleshooting.

This opportunity is located in Gurugram and requires a minimum of 3 years of experience. The educational qualification is 15 years of full-time education.

As an Application Support Engineer, your primary responsibility will be to provide a dynamic service by identifying and solving issues within multiple components of critical business systems.

In the Senior Software Engineer role, you will design, develop, test, and maintain scalable GenAI and Agentic AI solutions. This includes developing AI agents, agentic workflows, RAG solutions, and LLM-powered applications integrated with various enterprise systems and APIs.

You will also be responsible for creating and reviewing technical designs, conducting code reviews, and troubleshooting complex issues to ensure the quality, performance, security, and maintainability of solutions.

A strong proficiency in Python is essential for this role, along with experience in developing scalable and maintainable applications and REST APIs.

Candidates should possess practical experience in GenAI/LLM application development, prompt engineering, context management, and model selection. Hands-on experience with AI agent frameworks like LangChain, LangGraph, AutoGen, or CrewAI is highly valued.

A solid understanding of RAG, embeddings, vector databases, and semantic search is required. Familiarity with software architecture, design patterns, CI/CD, testing, logging, and observability is also important. Exposure to cloud GenAI services and production support is a plus.
