As an Application Support Engineer, you will act as a crucial software detective, identifying and resolving complex issues within critical business systems. This dynamic role demands a proactive approach to analyzing system behavior and ensuring the seamless operation of essential applications.

Your responsibilities will include continuous monitoring, effective collaboration with diverse teams, and delivering timely, reliable solutions. You will play a key part in maintaining system integrity and performance in a fast-paced environment.

This position requires a strong foundation in Ivalua and a proven track record in enterprise application delivery, contributing to impactful technology solutions.

Serve as a technical subject matter expert for Ivalua, engaging directly with clients and leveraging extensive experience in Source-to-Pay (S2P) implementation and AMS programs.

Provide expert solution architecture for client challenges, specifically focusing on Ivalua modules within Source-to-Pay processes.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the smooth integration and deployment of custom software solutions, coordinating effectively with global onsite and offshore delivery teams.

Proactively manage risks, escalations, and dependencies to ensure project success. Engage actively in build, SIT, UAT, cutover, hypercare, and transition to support phases. Ensure adherence to all delivery standards.

A minimum of 3 years of experience is mandatory for this role, with a strong preference for candidates with 4+ years in enterprise application delivery and 3+ years specifically in Ivalua program delivery.

Possess essential skills in Ivalua, including a relevant delivery or implementation certification (L1/L2/L3).

Demonstrate a solid understanding of software architecture principles and design patterns pertinent to custom software development. Experience managing complex project lifecycles is essential.

Ability to effectively analyze and resolve technical challenges impacting multiple teams and projects. Familiarity with performance optimization and scalability considerations is required. Excellent communication skills are vital for collaborating with diverse stakeholders. Strong expertise in S2P processes and deep knowledge of integrations, middleware, APIs, ETLs, and ERP ecosystems are expected.
