As an Application Support Engineer, you will act as a critical problem-solver, providing dynamic service to identify and resolve issues within complex business systems. Your expertise will be essential in maintaining the integrity and performance of our core applications.

This role is focused on ensuring the smooth operation of packaged applications, requiring a deep understanding of software architecture and troubleshooting methodologies. You will be instrumental in keeping our critical business functions running efficiently.

Analyze and refactor existing ABAP code to align with "clean core" principles, ensuring upgrade stability and cloud readiness. Develop "wrapper" objects, such as custom function modules, BAPIs, or RAP objects, to encapsulate custom logic. Expose custom logic through stable, public interfaces for consumption by other applications or BTP services. Replace direct table access with released SAP APIs/CDS views, adhering to the recommended 3-tier extensibility model. Design, develop, and maintain custom applications and enhancements within the SAP S/4HANA environment.

Minimum of 3 years of experience in SAP ABAP Development for HANA. Possess a strong understanding of SAP "Clean Core" principles and best practices. Familiarity with developing custom solutions in an SAP S/4HANA environment. Ability to analyze and refactor legacy ABAP code. Experience with encapsulation techniques and public interface development. Complete 15 years of full-time education.
