We are seeking a Senior Software Engineer with 5–8 years of development experience, specializing in Python, Generative AI, and Agentic AI. This position focuses on architecting and building production-ready AI solutions, crafting technical designs, overseeing implementations, and guiding fellow developers.

The ideal candidate possesses a strong foundation in Python and a passion for developing advanced AI applications.

Design, develop, and maintain scalable Generative AI and Agentic AI solutions using Python and relevant AI frameworks.

Construct AI agents, agentic workflows, RAG solutions, and LLM-powered applications integrated with enterprise systems and databases.

Formulate and evaluate technical designs for application components, agent workflows, APIs, and data flows.

Conduct thorough code and design reviews, offer technical mentorship, and resolve complex system challenges to ensure optimal performance, security, and readiness for production.

Demonstrate advanced proficiency in Python for building scalable, maintainable, and production-quality applications, REST APIs, and integrations.

Possess substantial hands-on experience in Generative AI/LLM application development, including prompt engineering, context management, model selection, and tool integration.

Utilize frameworks like LangChain, LangGraph, AutoGen, or similar for developing AI agents and agentic workflows.

Exhibit a strong understanding of RAG, embeddings, vector databases, and semantic search for integrating LLMs and agents with enterprise applications and external tools.

Have a solid grasp of software architecture, design patterns, scalability, performance, security, CI/CD, testing, and observability.

Educational background requires 15 years of full-time education. A minimum of 3 years of professional experience is mandatory.
