Join our team as an Application Support Engineer and become a vital part of our critical business systems. In this role, you will act as a software detective, proactively identifying and resolving issues across multiple system components. Your day-to-day will involve monitoring performance, diagnosing complex problems, and collaborating with diverse teams to ensure the smooth operation and stability of our essential applications, ultimately supporting business continuity and driving efficiency.

You'll be expected to take ownership, becoming a subject matter expert, particularly in Python-based workflows and Snowflake Data Warehouse operations. Actively contribute to team discussions and collaborate on solutions for work-related challenges, including data discrepancies. You will also be responsible for documenting troubleshooting steps and resolutions, assisting in the continuous improvement of support processes, and providing clear, timely updates to stakeholders on issue status and resolution progress.

A minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience with Python is essential, along with demonstrated proficiency in Snowflake Data Warehouse. Strong problem-solving capabilities, including debugging and troubleshooting Python applications and Snowflake SQL queries, are critical. Familiarity with monitoring tools and techniques is required, as is the ability to analyze logs and stack traces to pinpoint issues. Experience in a fast-paced environment with a need for rapid response and resolution is also key. A foundational 15 years of full-time education is a prerequisite for this role.
