Seeking a seasoned Application Support Engineer with extensive experience in SAP Flexible Real Estate Management (RE-FX). This role focuses on identifying and resolving issues within critical business systems, ensuring smooth operations for real estate and lease management processes. You will be instrumental in supporting lease contract lifecycle management and its integration with SAP Finance modules.

Configure and provide support for SAP RE-FX solutions, managing end-to-end real estate and lease administration. Support lease contract lifecycle, including creation, modification, and reporting. Implement and support Lease Accounting processes adhering to IFRS 16 and ASC 842 standards. Configure and manage various contract types (lease-in, lease-out, property, service) and ensure seamless integration with SAP Finance. Conduct system testing, UAT support, defect resolution, and production support activities.

Requires a minimum of 3 years of experience, with a maximum of 5 years, in SAP Flexible Real Estate Management (RE-FX). Must possess strong expertise in Lease Accounting and Contract Management processes, including IFRS 16 and ASC 842 compliance. Familiarity with SAP FI/CO and Asset Accounting integration is essential. Demonstrated skills in requirement gathering, configuration, testing, and user support are necessary. A strong background in analytical, communication, and stakeholder management is highly valued.
