Embark on a crucial role as an Application Support Engineer, acting as a software detective to provide dynamic service and resolve issues within critical business systems. This position leverages your expertise in AI Agents & Workflow Integration to ensure seamless operation of our complex technology landscape.

We are looking for a skilled Generative AI Engineer proficient in Databricks and AWS. Your primary focus will be designing, building, and scaling advanced LLM-powered, agentic AI solutions for enterprise-grade applications. This includes developing intelligent agents, robust RAG pipelines, and production-ready AI-driven data products that are scalable, secure, and cost-efficient.

As an Application Support Engineer, you will identify and resolve issues within multiple components of critical business systems. You will also be instrumental in designing and developing cutting-edge GenAI and Agentic AI solutions for enterprise use cases, building advanced RAG pipelines using various data sources, and implementing AI agents and workflows using AWS Agent Core/Bedrock and orchestration frameworks. Your responsibilities will extend to developing GenAI applications on Databricks, integrating GenAI solutions with data lakes and enterprise systems, optimizing solutions for performance, and implementing prompt engineering techniques.

A minimum of 3 years of experience is required for this role. Essential qualifications include a strong command of AI Agents & Workflow Integration. Technical proficiency in GenAI/LLM concepts, hands-on experience with LLMs (e.g., Claude, OpenAI, Llama), and a solid understanding of RAG architectures, embeddings, and vector search are vital. Experience building agentic workflows, prompt engineering, and advanced Python and SQL skills are necessary. Familiarity with Databricks Lakehouse, PySpark, Delta Lake, MLflow, and AWS services like Bedrock, Agent Core, Lambda, API Gateway, and S3 is expected. Experience with APIs and microservices integration is also required. A minimum of 15 years of full-time education is a prerequisite.
