As an Application Support Engineer, you will be instrumental in identifying and solving complex issues within our critical business systems. You will provide dynamic support, ensuring the smooth operation of various application components.

Key responsibilities include leading AI-driven solution design and delivery by applying GenAI and Agentic AI. You will address complex business challenges, automate processes, and integrate intelligent insights into enterprise workflows for measurable business impact.

You are expected to perform independently and evolve into a Subject Matter Expert (SME). Active participation and contribution in team discussions, along with providing solutions to work-related problems, are essential. You will also assist in developing and implementing new application features and monitoring system performance, offering recommendations for enhancements.

A minimum of 3 years of experience is required, with a specific focus on Microsoft Cloud Application Architecture. Proficiency in this area is a must.

Solid understanding of cloud computing principles and architecture is necessary. Experience with application integration and deployment in cloud environments, along with familiarity with troubleshooting techniques for cloud-based applications, is expected.

Knowledge of security best practices in cloud application development is also required. A 15-year full-time education is a prerequisite for this role.
