This role focuses on supporting clinical ancillary applications within Radiology. Responsibilities

Provide L2/L3 production support for EMR, EHR, HIS, and other healthcare applications, maintaining system stability and reliability. Monitor application performance, troubleshoot incidents, and resolve issues within SLA targets. Manage ITIL processes including Incident, Request, Problem, Change, and Release Management. Diagnose and resolve application, interface, data, integration, and workflow issues using logs and database queries.

Collaborate with clinical and administrative staff to support workflows. Coordinate with vendors and internal teams for issue resolution. Support application upgrades, patch deployments, and testing. Perform Root Cause Analysis and implement corrective actions. Develop and maintain operational documentation and knowledge base articles. Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and security standards. Participate in on-call rotations and support critical healthcare integrations.

Qualifications

A strong background in the US Healthcare Provider domain, with comprehensive understanding of hospital workflows and operational support is essential. Experience in L2/L3 production support for EMR, EHR, HIS, and related healthcare applications is required. Proficiency in diagnosing and resolving application issues, including interfaces, data, integrations, and workflows, using logs and database queries is necessary.

Familiarity with ITIL best practices for Incident, Request, Problem, Change, and Release Management is expected. Experience with healthcare interoperability and integrations is beneficial. The ability to collaborate effectively with clinical staff, vendors, and internal technical teams is crucial. Experience in developing operational documentation and ensuring compliance with healthcare regulations and security standards is also required.
