Seeking a dedicated Application Support specialist to join our US-based Healthcare Provider, focusing on Behavioral Health and Surgery Endoscopy.

This role is crucial for maintaining and supporting critical healthcare applications within a US healthcare environment.

Your expertise will directly contribute to the seamless operation of our healthcare services, ensuring providers have the tools they need.

Provide essential application support and maintenance for US-based healthcare systems, particularly in Behavioral Health and Surgery Endoscopy.

Troubleshoot and resolve complex issues related to medical devices, software applications, and system connectivity. Collaborate closely with physicians, nurses, and procedural staff to deliver effective application support and user training.

Ensure ongoing operational assistance for endoscopy and similar healthcare applications.

Proven experience supporting healthcare applications within endoscopy, procedural, or surgical care settings is essential.

A strong understanding of endoscopy workflows, including patient scheduling, procedure documentation, and reporting, is required. Familiarity with healthcare system integrations like EMR/EHR, imaging systems, and clinical documentation platforms is also key.

While not mandatory, experience with applications such as CensiTrac, T-DOC, or oneSOURCE is a significant advantage.
