This role involves comprehensive management of the Rockwell PharmaSuite MES, including installation and setup across various environments. You will configure the system based on specific manufacturing needs, manage master data, and perform Java-based customizations to enhance functionality. Key responsibilities also include designing and implementing integrations with enterprise systems like ERP, automation systems, weighing scales, and LIMS, ensuring flawless data flow.

Further duties encompass testing, deployment, and providing ongoing production support. You will conduct root cause analysis for issues and implement corrective actions, ensuring system changes are compliant. Collaboration with manufacturing, quality, automation, and IT teams is crucial for providing SME guidance and facilitating knowledge transfer.

A strong foundation of 8+ years in Rockwell PharmaSuite MES is essential, complemented by 5+ years of hands-on experience in MES installation, setup, and configuration. You should possess 3-5 years of experience in Java-based customization or development within MES or similar systems. A deep understanding of pharmaceutical manufacturing processes and system integration is required, including experience with ERP (SAP or equivalent), automation/Level 2 systems, weighing systems, and LIMS.

Proficiency in core MES processes such as dispensing, batch execution, material management, equipment integration, and process monitoring is critical. Excellent troubleshooting, analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills are necessary. Experience in regulated industries, particularly pharma/life sciences, is highly valued. A Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, IT, Computer Science, or a related field is preferred.
