As an Application Lead, you will spearhead the design, development, and configuration of applications, serving as the primary point of contact.

Your role involves collaborating with stakeholders to gather requirements, overseeing the development lifecycle, and ensuring applications meet high standards of quality and performance. You will also provide guidance to team members and troubleshoot issues to drive project success.

Independently perform tasks and become a subject matter expert.

Actively participate and contribute to team discussions and problem-solving sessions.

Facilitate knowledge sharing to enhance team capabilities and mentor junior members for professional growth.

A minimum of 3 years of experience is required, with a strong proficiency in Amazon Web Services (AWS).

Demonstrate a solid understanding of cloud architecture, deployment strategies, and application development/integration.

Familiarity with DevOps practices and tools is beneficial, along with the ability to troubleshoot and optimize application performance.

This position requires 15 years of full-time education and is based in our Bengaluru office.
