This role is pivotal in delivering end-to-end solutions for global applications and systems within the Talent IT Landscape, specifically utilizing SAP technology. You will lead a team focused on SAP Business Technology Platform (BTP) to support Talent IT initiatives and ensure successful application delivery.

Lead and inspire a team of consultants through complex project lifecycles, acting as the main point of contact for Employee Central projects from inception to support. Manage project plans, timelines, and resource allocation to meet deadlines and budget constraints. Facilitate stakeholder workshops to gather business requirements, analyze HR processes, and translate needs into system specifications. Design and configure Employee Central modules, leveraging deep SAP SuccessFactors expertise, including organizational management, employee data, workflows, and security settings.

A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related business field, or equivalent practical experience, is required. Candidates should possess over 10 years of experience in application services and client/supplier relationship management, with at least 5 years focused on building application extensions within SAP BTP. Significant experience in customer service and business management roles is essential, ideally within the professional services industry. Proficiency in SAP BTP (Neo & Cloud Foundry), SAP HANA Cloud/2.0, SuccessFactors Extension Applications, SAP Cloud Application Programming Model (CAP), Node.js/Java, UI5/Fiori, and various security protocols is expected.
