Join EY's Global Delivery Services team as an Application Engineer specializing in Identity and Access Management (IAM). You will contribute to critical IAM projects for global clients, focusing on security requirements, secrets management, and access policies. Engage in Identity & Access Management projects, collaborating effectively within a team. Administer and support enterprise Okta environments, designing and implementing Okta policies. Engineer secure authentication experiences using SSO and MFA, configuring integrations with SAML 2.0, OIDC/Oauth 2.0, and SCIM. Develop Okta workflows and API-based automations, monitor authentication health, and provide operational support for incidents. Plan and execute IAM changes, maintain technical documentation, and contribute to Agile ceremonies. Collaborate with various internal teams and product vendors, mentor junior members, and support recruitment initiatives.

Possess a B.Tech/B.E. degree with strong technical skills and 5-9 years of experience in Identity and Access Management. You should have hands-on experience implementing and supporting SSO, MFA, directory integrations, and application onboarding. Excellent verbal and written English communication skills are essential, along with strong interpersonal and presentation abilities. Experience with Access Management tools like Okta or PingFederate is required, and the ability to work effectively across on-site and offshore delivery models is crucial.
