Key responsibilities include creating, reviewing, and validating Process Design Documents (PDDs) to guarantee their completeness and technical accuracy for automation.
You will assess process automation feasibility, pinpointing gaps, edge cases, exceptions, and system dependencies. Guiding teams in developing high-quality, automation-ready PDDs is also a core function.
Furthermore, you'll translate process requirements into technical workflows, build and deploy automations, and integrate APIs and external systems. Ensuring solutions are reliable, maintainable, and production-ready is paramount.
A strong foundation in automation development is essential, with hands-on experience in enterprise automation platforms like UiPath, Blue Prism, or Quick Automate. Proficiency in designing workflows, managing orchestration, handling exceptions, and deploying automations in production is required.
Expertise in Python is critical for developing custom scripts, integrating with REST APIs, processing data, and extending automation capabilities. Familiarity with Python libraries such as requests, httpx, pandas, and logging frameworks is necessary.
Additional requirements include experience with REST APIs, JSON, webhooks, Git for version control, Postman for API testing, and basic SQL for data validation and support. A Bachelor's degree or higher in a related field, coupled with at least 2 years of experience in building production software and front-end web development, is also expected.
