As an Application Developer, you are expected to function independently and grow into a Subject Matter Expert (SME) within the team. Your role includes active contribution to team discussions and providing effective solutions to work-related challenges. You will also assist in documenting application processes and workflows, and participate in code reviews to maintain high quality and adherence to best practices.

A strong foundation in Spring Boot is a must-have skill for this position, complemented by a solid understanding of RESTful web services and microservices architecture. Experience with database management systems like MySQL or PostgreSQL is beneficial, as is familiarity with front-end technologies such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript. Proficiency in version control systems, particularly Git, is also expected. A minimum of 3 years of experience specifically in Spring Boot is required, alongside 15 years of full-time education.
