As an Application Developer, you will be instrumental in designing, building, and configuring applications to precisely meet business process and application requirements. Your role will involve active collaboration with team members to fully grasp project needs, diligently develop application features, and ensure seamless and efficient application functionality.

You will also be encouraged to participate in problem-solving discussions and contribute innovative concepts aimed at enhancing application performance and elevating the overall user experience.

Independently perform tasks and grow to become a subject matter expert (SME). Actively participate and contribute to team discussions. Provide effective solutions to work-related challenges. Assist in documenting application processes and workflows. Engage in code reviews to uphold quality standards and adherence to best practices.

A strong proficiency in Python (Programming Language) is essential for this role.

Familiarity with web frameworks such as Django or Flask is highly desirable. Experience with database management systems like MySQL or PostgreSQL would be beneficial.

An understanding of version control systems, particularly Git, is expected. Experience in developing RESTful APIs for application integration is also a plus.

This position requires a minimum of 2 years of experience. A full-time education of 15 years is a mandatory requirement.
