Key responsibilities include reproducing and analyzing complex bugs across various systems, from software and hardware to developer tools and GenAI. You will perform in-depth log and stack trace analysis to pinpoint root causes.

Executing structured queries (SQL) and leveraging dashboards to identify trends and anomalies is crucial. Accurate labeling of issues using pre-defined schemas for clear engineering handoff is expected. Maintaining triage documentation, SOPs, and playbooks, alongside collaborating with engineering for escalated actionable reports, are integral parts of the role.

Essential technical expertise includes proficiency in log analysis, including crash logs and runtime outputs. You should be adept at querying and analyzing structured and unstructured data using SQL, JSON, and Regex.

Experience with debugging tools like Logcat, Xcode Console, DevTools, Postman, and Firebase is required. Familiarity with APIs, client-server architectures, backend debugging, and GenAI concepts such as LLM behavior, prompt engineering, and failure modes is necessary. Hardware triage skills for wearables, XR, device setup, and battery behavior are also important.
