We are seeking skilled professionals with a strong foundation in Neo4j, aiming for a 2-5 year experience bracket. The role emphasizes creating robust and efficient solutions within the data engineering and management domain.

Design, build, and configure applications to precisely match business process and application requirements.

Lead and build MECOE graph data capability for the XMPro MAGS solution.

Act as the client-facing lead for discovery workshops, solution design, graph architecture, and platform decisions.

Focus on hands-on implementation of property graph schema, Cypher/APOC/GDS pipelines, and ingestion frameworks.

Ensure cost-aware, secure managed environments and deliver production-ready graph services.

A minimum of 3 years of experience is required, with a preferred range of 2-5 years.

Must possess deep hands-on Neo4j expertise, including Aura administration, advanced Cypher, APOC, GDS, indexing, query plan tuning, and property graph data modeling.

Proficiency in pipeline engineering using ADF/Spark/Kafka/Python is essential.

Experience with Azure cloud foundations (networking, Entra ID/SSO, Key Vault) and IaC/CI/CD tools like Terraform/Bicep and GitHub Actions/Azure DevOps is expected.

Familiarity with integration patterns blending Snowflake vector stores with graph traversal is highly desirable. Strong consulting skills for client workshops and design authority are a plus.
