We are seeking a skilled Application Developer to design, build, and configure applications that precisely meet business process and application requirements. This role involves collaborating with teams to understand project needs, developing innovative solutions, and ensuring applications are built to the highest quality standards. You will also participate in testing and debugging to guarantee optimal performance and user experience, continuously striving to improve application efficiency.

As an Application Developer, you will be expected to operate independently and become a Subject Matter Expert (SME). Active participation and contribution in team discussions are essential. You will play a key role in providing solutions to work-related challenges, collaborating with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze requirements for application development, and participating in code reviews to uphold best practices and coding standards.

Ideal candidates will possess a minimum of 3 years of experience, with a focus on React.js. A strong understanding of JavaScript, HTML, and CSS is required, along with experience in state management libraries like Redux or MobX. Familiarity with RESTful APIs, asynchronous programming, and version control systems such as Git is also necessary. Educational qualifications include 15 years of full-time education, with a BTech, MTech, or MCA degree in IT, CSE, EEE, or ECE.
