Join our team as an Application Developer, where you will be instrumental in designing, building, and configuring applications to meet diverse business process and application requirements.

A typical day involves close collaboration with team members to deeply understand project needs, developing robust application features, and ensuring seamless, efficient application functionality.

You will also actively participate in testing and debugging to enhance application performance and elevate the user experience. A key aspect of this role is the continuous pursuit of improvements for existing systems and processes.

Expected to operate independently and evolve into a Subject Matter Expert (SME) within the team.

Actively contribute and participate in all team discussions and problem-solving sessions.

Provide innovative solutions to work-related challenges.

Assist in the comprehensive documentation of application processes and workflows.

Engage diligently in code reviews to uphold quality standards and ensure adherence to best practices.

Possess a strong proficiency in Selenium, a must-have skill for this role.

Familiarity with automated testing frameworks is highly desirable.

Demonstrate a solid understanding of software development lifecycle methodologies.

Exhibit knowledge of version control systems such as Git.

Experience in writing and executing test cases and test plans is essential.

A minimum of 3 years of experience with Selenium is required.

This position requires a 15-year full-time education and is based in our Bengaluru office.
