Lead the configuration and delivery of SAP SuccessFactors Learning solutions to align with organizational learning, compliance, and development goals. Translate business and HR requirements into scalable learning structures, curricula, and workflows. Provide support for enhancements, releases, data migration, testing, and production support. Integrate SF LMS with other SuccessFactors modules and enterprise systems, including third-party applications. Collaborate with HR, IT, and analytics teams to ensure data consistency and robust reporting foundations. Support reporting using Plateau reports/Stories and manage content integration (SCORM/AICC packages). Apply AI-assisted techniques to enhance learning recommendations, tracking, and operational insights. Ensure adherence to enterprise SDLC, data privacy, security, and responsible AI guidelines. Prepare functional documents, test scenarios, and configuration workbooks.

Possess a degree in Computer Science or a related business field, or equivalent practical experience. Requires a minimum of 10 years of experience in SAP SuccessFactors Learning Management, with at least 5 years in end-to-end implementations or support projects. Demonstrated expertise in configuring learning items, curricula, programs, certifications, and compliance training. Strong knowledge of LMS integrations with HR Core, Recruiting, and Onboarding, as well as OCN integration with external content providers. Experience with LMS imports, custom reports, and dashboards for learning analytics (SAC/ORD). Familiarity with AI-assisted tools, automation, or intelligent insights in L&D is beneficial. Excellent communication, documentation, and interpersonal skills are essential for collaborating with business users and providing training and support. Experience in global HR/talent management processes and a professional services industry background are preferred. SAP Certified – Learning Management certification is highly desirable.
