Process and complete medical claims with accuracy, ensuring adherence to current turnaround standards for claims routed outside of automatic adjudication. Develop proficiency across applicable product lines and understand core plan concepts, including Deductible, Coinsurance, Copay, Out-of-pocket expenses, and State-specific variations.

Adhere strictly to all Company policies, procedures, and business directives. This includes adapting to changes in work location, team assignments, schedules, and flexible work arrangements. Uphold the company's commitment to equitable care and health improvement.

A Bachelor's degree is required. Please note, candidates with B.Tech, BE, MBA, B Pharm, or M Pharm degrees are not eligible for this position. A strong working knowledge of MS Office is essential, alongside demonstrated verbal and written communication skills.
