This role is integral to the Technology for Operations team, acting as a key advisor and partner to Accenture Operations. The team champions innovative and secure technologies, empowering clients to develop intelligent operating models and achieve exceptional outcomes. We collaborate closely with sales, offering, and delivery teams to conceptualize and build groundbreaking solutions, encompassing areas such as Application Hosting Operations, Infrastructure Management, and Intelligent Automation.

Leverage Robotic Process Automation tools like Blue Prism and Automation Anywhere to automate business processes. Integrate cognitive RPA capabilities, including OCR, NLP, ML, AI, and API integrations, to enhance automation efficiency within processes. Develop code using scripting languages such as C, VB.NET, and Python to support automation initiatives. Design robust automation solution architectures and RPA tool frameworks. Create detailed process flows, write efficient code, and produce comprehensive technical documentation to deliver end-to-end automation solutions.

Possess strong proficiency in Microsoft Robotic Process Automation (P1) as a primary skill. Demonstrate expertise in Microsoft Power Automate (P1), with a specific need for resources skilled in this area. The role requires analytical problem-solving for increasingly complex challenges, with day-to-day interactions primarily among peers within Accenture. Some client and Accenture management interaction is expected. You will receive minimal direction for daily tasks and moderate guidance for new assignments, with decision-making impacting your work and potentially others. This is an individual contributor role, potentially overseeing small work efforts or teams. Please note, rotational shifts may be a requirement for this position.
