As a Senior Analyst, you will analyze and solve complex problems, interacting with peers and potentially clients and management. You will receive moderate guidance on new assignments and be expected to make decisions that impact your work and potentially others. This role is suitable for an individual contributor or someone who can oversee a small work effort or team. Please note, this position may require working in rotational shifts.

Key responsibilities include providing process design guidance, designing, developing, and testing automation workflows. You will also deploy RPA components, support RPA solution launches, and create essential process and end-user documentation. Ensuring the quality of automation through QA processes is also a critical part of this role. Strong communication and enforcement of coding standards, performing code reviews, and mentoring junior developers are also expected.

We are seeking individuals with a minimum of 5 to 8 years of experience in application automation engineering. A strong foundation in Microsoft Robotic Process Automation is essential. Experience with RPA tools like AA, UiPath, Power Apps, Blue Prism, and Automation Anywhere is highly valued. Familiarity with cognitive RPA technologies such as OCR, NLP, ML/AI, and API integrations is also beneficial.

Proficiency in scripting languages like C, VB.NET, and Python is required to support automation efforts. The ability to design the architecture of automation solutions and RPA tools, write code, and create technical documentation for end-to-end automation is crucial. Candidates should also possess a good understanding of browser/client-specific compatibility issues.
