This role is part of the Tech For Operations (TFO) team, which delivers cutting-edge and secure technologies to help clients build intelligent operating models and achieve remarkable outcomes. The TFO team works collaboratively with sales, offering, and delivery teams to develop innovative solutions.

Tech for Operations focuses on enhancing and streamlining business operations through technology. This involves implementing software, automating processes, and managing IT systems that support operational activities. Analysis of data is key to optimizing performance and ensuring efficiency, ultimately boosting productivity and operational effectiveness. Key areas include Application Hosting Operations (AHO), Infrastructure Management (ISMT), and Intelligent Automation, utilizing Robotic Process Automation (RPA) tools like Blue Prism and Automation Anywhere. We also leverage Cognitive RPA capabilities such as OCR, NLP, ML/AI, and API Integrations for advanced automation. Customization often involves scripting languages like C, VB.NET, and Python.

As a Senior Analyst in Application Automation Engineering, you will be instrumental in designing the architecture of automation solutions and RPA tools. This includes defining process flows, writing code, and developing comprehensive technical documentation to deliver end-to-end automation.

Key responsibilities include providing expert guidance on process design and developing, building, and testing automation workflows. You will also be responsible for deploying RPA components, including bots, robots, development tools, code repositories, and logging mechanisms.

Support the successful launch and implementation of RPA solutions by creating detailed process documentation and end-user guides. A crucial aspect of this role is assuring the quality of automation through robust QA processes.

In this role, you will analyze and resolve increasingly complex problems. Your daily interactions will primarily be with peers within Accenture, with potential engagement with clients or Accenture management.

You will receive minimal instruction for daily tasks and moderate guidance for new assignments. Decisions made will impact your own work and may influence the contributions of others. This position functions as an individual contributor, potentially overseeing small work efforts or teams. Please note that this role may require flexibility to work in rotational shifts.

Essential skills for this position include proficiency in Microsoft Robotic Process Automation. Experience with automation platforms such as AA, UiPath, or Power Apps is also a mandatory requirement.

While no specific technology specialization is required as a "good to have," a solid understanding of automation principles and practices is expected. The ideal candidate will possess 5 to 8 years of relevant experience in application automation engineering.

Qualifications include any graduation. You will be expected to design, develop, and test automation workflows, deploy RPA components, and support the implementation of RPA solutions. Creating process and end-user documentation, alongside assuring automation quality through QA, are also key duties.
