Our TFO team collaborates closely with sales, offering, and delivery departments to develop innovative automation solutions. We aim to enhance productivity and operational effectiveness by implementing software, automating processes, and managing IT systems that support business activities. This includes analyzing data to optimize performance and drive efficiency, utilizing technologies like Robotic Process Automation, Cognitive RPA, and API Integrations.

As a Senior Analyst, you will analyze and resolve complex problems with minimal instruction. Your responsibilities will include designing, developing, and testing automation workflows using Robotic Process Automation tools such as Blue Prism and Automation Anywhere.

You will deploy RPA components, including bots and development tools, and create process and end-user documentation. Key tasks involve assuring automation quality through QA processes and supporting the launch and implementation of RPA solutions. You will also provide guidance on process design, enforce coding standards, and conduct code reviews, mentoring junior developers.

We are seeking an individual with 5 to 8 years of experience in Application Automation Engineering. A strong foundation in Microsoft Robotic Process Automation is essential for this role.

Ideal candidates will possess the ability to analyze and solve complex problems, working independently with moderate guidance on new assignments. You should be comfortable with client interactions and possess the capacity to make decisions that impact your own work and potentially others.
