This role involves working with the Tech for Operations (TFO) team, which delivers innovative technologies for intelligent operating models. You will collaborate with sales, offering, and delivery teams to build cutting-edge solutions, focusing on automating business processes through Robotic Process Automation (RPA) tools.

As a Senior Analyst in Application Automation Engineering, you will be responsible for the design, development, and testing of automation workflows using RPA tools.

You will deploy RPA components, including bots and development tools, and ensure the smooth launch and implementation of RPA solutions.

Key duties include creating comprehensive process and end-user documentation, assuring automation quality through rigorous QA processes, and enforcing coding standards. You will also conduct code reviews and mentor junior developers, consistently delivering high-quality services and understanding client-specific compatibility issues.

We are seeking a Senior Analyst with 5 to 8 years of experience in application automation engineering. A strong proficiency in Microsoft Robotic Process Automation is mandatory.

This role requires the ability to analyze and solve increasingly complex problems with minimal instruction. You will interact with peers and potentially clients or management, making decisions that impact your work and potentially others.

Candidates should be comfortable working in a team environment, possibly overseeing small work efforts or teams, and be open to rotational shifts.
