Accenture, a leading global professional services firm, is seeking a Senior Analyst for Application Automation Engineering. This full-time role focuses on leveraging technology to enhance business operations and drive exceptional results through innovative solutions.

The Tech For Operations (TFO) team specializes in providing secure and advanced technologies. This position involves automating business processes, implementing software solutions, and managing IT systems to optimize operational activities. The goal is to boost productivity and effectiveness by harnessing the power of technology.

Key areas of focus include Application Hosting Operations (AHO), Infrastructure Management (ISMT), and Intelligent Automation. This involves automating business processes using Robotic Process Automation (RPA) tools like Blue Prism and Automation Anywhere, as well as cognitive RPA capabilities such as OCR, NLP, ML/AI, and API integrations. Writing code in scripting languages like C, VB.NET, and Python will be integral to developing these automations. The role also requires designing the architecture of automation solutions and RPA tools, creating process flows, writing code, and producing comprehensive technical documentation for end-to-end automation.

As a Senior Analyst in Application Automation Engineering, you will be responsible for guiding process design and developing, building, and testing automation workflows. You will deploy critical RPA components, including bots, robots, development tools, code repositories, and logging mechanisms.

Your role will encompass supporting the successful launch and implementation of RPA solutions. You will also be tasked with creating essential process and end-user documentation, ensuring the quality of automation through rigorous QA processes.

In this position, you will analyze and resolve increasingly complex problems. Your daily interactions will primarily be with peers within Accenture, with potential for some client and management interaction. You will receive moderate guidance on new assignments and minimal instruction on daily tasks, with the autonomy to make decisions that impact your work and potentially the work of others.

The ideal candidate will possess a strong foundation in Microsoft Robotic Process Automation. Experience with AA, UiPath, and Power Apps is highly desirable.

This role requires 2-5 years of experience in application automation engineering. A degree in any graduation is a prerequisite for this position.

This is an individual contributor role, possibly overseeing small work efforts or teams. The position may necessitate working in rotational shifts to support operational needs.
