The Tech for Operations (TFO) team delivers cutting-edge and secure technologies to help clients establish intelligent operating models that yield exceptional results. This role is integral to identifying and developing innovative solutions by collaborating closely with sales, offering, and delivery teams. It involves enhancing business operations through technology, including process automation, software implementation, and IT system management.

This position focuses on utilizing technology to optimize operational performance and ensure efficiency, ultimately boosting productivity and effectiveness. Key areas include Application Hosting Operations (AHO), Infrastructure Management (ISMT), and Intelligent Automation. This involves automating business processes using Robotic Process Automation (RPA) tools like Blue Prism and Automation Anywhere, alongside Cognitive RPA capabilities such as OCR, NLP, ML/AI, and API Integrations. Scripting languages like C, VB.NET, and Python are used to support automation efforts. The role also entails designing automation solution architectures and RPA tool integrations, creating process flows, writing code, and producing comprehensive technical documentation for end-to-end automation.

As an Application Automation Engineering Senior Analyst, your responsibilities will involve detailed analysis and resolution of complex problems. You will primarily interact with peers within Accenture, with potential engagement with clients and Accenture management.

You will be expected to work with minimal daily task instructions and moderate guidance on new assignments. Decisions you make will impact your own work and potentially that of others. This role functions as an individual contributor, possibly overseeing small work efforts or teams. Please note that this position may require working in rotational shifts.

We are seeking a Senior Analyst with expertise in Application Automation Engineering. The ideal candidate will possess strong skills in Microsoft Robotic Process Automation.

Key responsibilities include providing guidance on process design, developing and testing automation workflows, and deploying RPA components such as bots, robots, development tools, and code repositories. You will also be responsible for creating process and end-user documentation, and assuring the quality of automation through QA processes.

Additional duties involve enforcing coding standards, conducting code reviews, mentoring junior developers, and consistently delivering high-quality services to clients. A solid understanding of browser and client-specific compatibility issues is also essential. Experience with Automation Anywhere is considered a plus.
