Design and develop automation workflows using Robotic Process Automation (RPA) tools like Blue Prism and Automation Anywhere. Implement advanced automation techniques including Cognitive RPA with OCR, NLP, and ML/AI. Integrate APIs for seamless automation processes. Write code using scripting languages such as Python, C, and VB.NET to support automation efforts. Design the architecture of automation solutions and RPA tools, create process flows, and develop comprehensive technical documentation.

Provide guidance on process design, deploy RPA components, and assure the quality of automation QA processes. Communicate and enforce coding standards, perform code reviews, and mentor junior developers. Deliver high-quality services to clients, understanding browser and client-specific compatibility issues. This role requires analysis and solving of complex problems with minimal instruction on daily tasks, impacting your own work and potentially others.

A Bachelor's degree is required for this role. Candidates must have 5 to 8 years of experience in application automation engineering. Proficiency in Microsoft Robotic Process Automation is essential. Experience with RPA tools such as AA, UiPath, Power Apps, Blue Prism, and Automation Anywhere is highly desirable.

Familiarity with scripting languages like C, VB.NET, and Python is necessary for developing automation solutions. Experience with OCR, NLP, ML/AI, and API integrations for cognitive RPA is also a key requirement. Strong analytical skills and the ability to solve complex problems independently are expected. You will be expected to work in rotational shifts as needed.
