As an Application Automation Engineering Senior Analyst, you will design, develop, and test automation workflows using Robotic Process Automation (RPA) tools. This includes deploying RPA components, supporting the implementation of RPA solutions, and creating comprehensive process and end-user documentation. You will ensure the quality of automation through rigorous QA processes, enforce coding standards, and perform code reviews while mentoring junior developers.

Your role involves analyzing and solving complex problems with minimal direct instruction, making decisions that impact your own work and potentially others'. You will interact with peers and potentially clients or Accenture management, contributing as an individual or overseeing small work efforts. This position may require working in rotational shifts.

We are seeking a Senior Analyst with experience in Application Automation Engineering, specifically skilled in Microsoft Robotic Process Automation. A strong understanding of RPA concepts, along with experience in tools like AA, UiPath, Power Apps, Blue Prism, and Automation Anywhere is essential. Familiarity with cognitive RPA technologies such as OCR, NLP, ML/AI, and API integrations is highly valued.

Candidates should possess proficiency in scripting languages like C, VB.NET, or Python. The ideal applicant will have 2-5 years of experience in the field and a graduate degree.
