Key focus areas include Application Hosting Operations (AHO), Infrastructure Management (ISMT), and Intelligent Automation. You will automate business processes using Robotic Process Automation (RPA) tools like Blue Prism and Automation Anywhere, alongside cognitive RPA technologies such as OCR, NLP, ML/AI, and API integrations. Proficiency in scripting languages like C, VB.NET, and Python is essential for developing automation solutions. The role requires designing automation solution architectures and RPA tool frameworks, writing code, and creating comprehensive technical documentation for end-to-end automation.

As a Senior Analyst in Application Automation Engineering, you will analyze and solve increasingly complex problems. Your daily interactions will primarily be with your peers within Accenture, with some potential interaction with clients and management.

You will receive minimal instruction for daily tasks and moderate guidance for new assignments. The decisions you make will impact your own work and potentially that of others. This role is that of an individual contributor, potentially overseeing small work efforts or teams.

Key responsibilities include providing guidance on process design, developing and testing automation workflows, and deploying RPA components such as bots, robots, development tools, and code repositories. You will also be responsible for the support of RPA solution launches and implementations, creating process and end-user documentation, and assuring the quality of automation QA processes.

The ideal candidate will possess a strong foundation in Microsoft Robotic Process Automation. Experience with UiPath, Power Apps, Blue Prism, and Automation Anywhere is highly desirable. Familiarity with cognitive RPA technologies like OCR, NLP, ML/AI, and API integrations will be advantageous.
