The primary focus is on improving productivity and operational effectiveness by leveraging technology. Key areas include Application Hosting Operations (AHO), Infrastructure Management (ISMT), and Intelligent Automation. We automate business processes using Robotic Process Automation (RPA) tools, including cognitive RPA such as OCR, NLP, and ML/AI, alongside API integrations for comprehensive automation.

We also employ scripting languages like C, VB.NET, and Python to support automation efforts. This role involves designing the architecture for automation solutions and RPA tools, creating process flows, writing code, and developing technical documentation for end-to-end automation.

As an Application Automation Engineering Senior Analyst, your role will involve analyzing and resolving increasingly complex problems. You will interact primarily with your peers within Accenture, with potential engagement with clients and Accenture management.

You will receive minimal direction for daily tasks and moderate guidance for new assignments. The decisions you make will impact your own work and potentially that of others. This position functions as an individual contributor, potentially overseeing a small work effort or team.

Key responsibilities include guiding process design, developing and testing automation workflows, and deploying RPA components such as bots, robots, development tools, and logging systems. You will support the launch and implementation of RPA solutions, create process and end-user documentation, and ensure the quality of automation through QA processes.

Additional duties encompass communicating and enforcing coding standards, performing code reviews, and mentoring junior developers. Consistently delivering high-quality services to clients and understanding browser/client-specific compatibility issues are also crucial aspects of this role.

To excel in this role, a strong foundation in Microsoft Robotic Process Automation is essential. Experience with Automation Anywhere, AA, UiPath, and Power Apps is highly desirable.

Candidates should be comfortable with technologies like Blue Prism, OCR, NLP, ML/AI, and API Integrations to achieve robust automation. Proficiency in scripting languages such as C, VB.NET, and Python is beneficial for enhancing automation capabilities.

An aptitude for designing automation solution architectures and RPA tools is expected. This includes creating process flows, writing code, and producing comprehensive technical documentation for end-to-end automation projects.

This role may require work in rotational shifts. A Bachelor's degree or equivalent is expected, with a preference for candidates possessing 2-8 years of relevant experience.
