This role focuses on complex problem analysis and resolution within the Tech for Operations (TFO) team. You will collaborate with peers and potentially clients or management, requiring critical thinking to deliver actionable outcomes.

The TFO team provides innovative, secure technologies to build intelligent operating models for exceptional results. We work with sales and delivery teams to develop cutting-edge solutions, including Application Hosting Operations (AHO), Infrastructure Management (ISMT), and Intelligent Automation.

Key responsibilities include leveraging SSIS for data integration and transformation, understanding business needs, and presenting findings. You will manage SQL Server objects and data, clean and mine data, and automate processes. Rotational shifts may be required.

We are seeking a Senior Analyst with expertise in application automation engineering. A foundational understanding of Microsoft SQL Server Integration Services (SSIS) is essential for this role.

Candidates should possess 5 to 8 years of experience in application automation. A Bachelor's degree is the minimum educational requirement, with a focus on problem-solving and analytical skills.

Key technical proficiencies include SSIS, SSRS, Javascript, and SQL. Familiarity with Gemini is a plus. The role requires strong critical thinking and the ability to drive impactful results, with significant time spent at the client's office location.
