This position involves managing and monitoring automated feeds and Azure pipelines, ensuring seamless end-to-end data import via real-time APIs. It requires proactive troubleshooting and resolution of feed alerts or failures, with timely escalation of critical exceptions.

Key responsibilities include managing and monitoring automated feeds and Azure pipelines for real-time API-based data imports, including robust exception handling. You will be tasked with troubleshooting and resolving feed alerts or failures, whether file-based or API-driven, and escalating business-impacting exceptions to senior team members.

Maintaining and reviewing feed reconciliation processes is a core duty. The role also involves monitoring automated Visual Cron jobs and import processes within Azure. Additionally, you will develop processes to track and monitor data flow from Azure to Salesforce, reconcile data updates across platforms, and generate data-driven reports within Azure.

You will also be responsible for developing and supporting the maintenance of comprehensive process and technical documentation. Collaboration with Data Engineers, Analysts, and Business teams to resolve data-related issues is essential, as is working on new implementation hand-offs and performing validation and testing activities.

We are looking for candidates with a Bachelor's degree in IT or Computer Science, or a related field, coupled with 1-3 years of experience in Data Operations, Data Analysis, or a similar domain. Familiarity with Data Pipeline/ETL tools and Cloud Platforms is expected, alongside a strong grasp of Data Quality principles and Data Governance best practices.

Essential skills include proficiency in Excel Power Query, advanced database/SQL capabilities, and experience developing stored procedures. Exposure to programming concepts and application development is also required. A solid understanding of Micro Services/API and Azure (CI/CD), along with advanced knowledge of Office tools, is mandatory.

Strong verbal and written English communication, documentation, and presentation skills are crucial.
