As an Application Developer within the Tech For Operations (TFO) team, your primary responsibility will be to design, build, and configure applications that align with business process and application needs. You will utilize Robotic Process Automation tools such as Blue Prism and Automation Anywhere, alongside cognitive technologies like OCR, NLP, and ML/AI, to automate business processes. This involves developing automation solutions, writing code using scripting languages like C#, VB.NET, and Python, and designing the architecture for RPA tools.

Key duties include providing guidance on process design, developing and testing automation workflows, and deploying RPA components. You will also be responsible for creating end-user documentation, assuring the quality of automation through QA processes, and supporting the successful launch and implementation of RPA solutions. This role involves analyzing and solving problems of lower complexity, with moderate instruction on daily tasks and detailed guidance on new assignments.

We are seeking an App Automation Engineer Analyst with 2 to 5 years of experience, specifically skilled in Microsoft Robotic Process Automation. A strong understanding of Robotic Process Automation (RPA) tools like Automation Anywhere, Blue Prism, and UiPath, along with experience in Power Apps, is essential. Proficiency in programming and scripting languages such as C#, VB.NET, and Python is required for developing automation solutions.

Candidates should possess expertise in API Integrations, OCR, NLP, and ML/AI technologies. Experience in designing automation architectures and creating technical documentation is also crucial. While not strictly mandatory, having no specific technology specialization is preferred. You will be expected to provide guidance on process design, develop and test automation workflows, deploy RPA components, and ensure the quality of automation through rigorous QA processes.
